Adayana Announces New President

Adayana, Inc., a global organization performance improvement provider, announces Raymond R. Richie as its new Industry Group President effective immediately.

Raymond Richie became Adayana’s CFO in April 2011 and served as Adayana’s Vice President of Strategic Business Development since 2009. Throughout his career, Raymond Richie has led turnaround and reorganization projects at leading Fortune 500 companies, returning the organizations to profitability. Serving in executive positions, he also managed several entrepreneurial companies where he helped to streamline business operations to strengthen each company.

Highlights of Richie’s contributions while at Adayana, include:

  • Spearheading initiatives that created a new business structure as well as an enterprise-wide cost reduction and service mix restructuring program,
  • Overhauling the company’s budgeting process, and
  • Leading the global M&A process to include post-deal integration across the United States, India, Brazil, and Canada.

As Adayana Industry Group President, Raymond Richie assumes responsibility of a team composed of Operations and Business Development employees, while continuing to build relationships with over 28 research partnerships worldwide.

Richie is an MBA graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with an emphasis in Finance, Strategy and Marketing. He and his wife Carrie, and their two sons, live in Indianapolis, Indiana.
