Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 46 Cents per Share

The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 46 cents per share, payable October 2, 2017, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2017.

Since the companies expect the merger to close between August 1 and September 1, Dow and DuPont have coordinated with respect to their respective third quarter common stock dividend record and payment dates, as required by the Merger Agreement.

This marks the 424th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
