NEW YORK, June 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that out of 2,600 nationwide Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships, Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is one of 387 that has earned the 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence certification from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US LLC (FCA US).
The official award ceremony will take place on June 6 at 11 a.m. at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge located at 4007 Boston Road in Bronx, N.Y. Zachary Kentor, head of customer experience at FCA US Northeast Business Center, is expected to attend, along with other influential management from FCA US. All Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram management and staff will also join the ceremony.
By achieving the 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence, FCA US dealerships are recognized by consumers as leaders in customer sales and service experience.
