SPA awarded $94M contract to provide Engineering and Technical Support for NAVSEA PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors Program

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) received a $94 million follow-on prime contract award with the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). As part of the contract, SPA will help the Above Water Sensors Program Office (known as PEO IWS 2.0) develop and field state of the art above water sensors for the U.S. Navy. PEO IWS 2.0 is responsible for development, fielding and sustaining radar, electronic warfare, decoy, electro-optical sensor systems and Directed Energy systems for U.S. Navy surface ships.
