Badger Meter Increases Dividend

Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) today announced a 13% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.13 per share from $0.115 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 15, 2017, to shareholders of record August 31, 2017. The new annual dividend rate for the common stock is $0.52 per share.
