LifeProof Closes Out Summer with Roadside Distractions Road Trip

LifeProof announces Roadside Distractions, a high-energy road trip with seasoned storytellers Catherine Aeppel and Jennifer Yih beginning Aug. 16.
The trip commences in Colorado as the duo heads east to uncover the hidden wonders of the eastern United States in a custom-built van. Their journey will cover more than 20 states as they seek out the best places to skate, bike, hike, backpack, surf and more.
Aeppel is an adventure photographer and filmmaker based in Colorado. From the beaches of Israel to the slot canyons of Utah, remote islands in the Pacific to the far reaches of Western Australia, Aeppel's visual explorations have taken her around the world. She thrives with a camera in hand and lives the adventures she captures.
Yih is a producer and storyteller based in the heart of Portland. She believes the only stories worth telling are the ones experienced firsthand. Her international upbringing has taken her around the globe, from surfing the beaches of Brazil to seeking secluded islands in Indonesia.
