Additionally, it is centrally located to the major highways, is approximately 30 minutes to the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky International Airport and is populated with a very high concentration of potential customers and suppliers.”

BeAM Machines, Inc. manufactures 3D additive manufacturing machines, which use a combination of DED and computer numeric control (CNC). DED works by feeding metallic powder through a deposition nozzle and melting it with a high power laser to create a layer-by-layer construction with CNC controlled accuracy. The machines support a range of materials such as stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys and cobalt chromium to manufacture and repair parts for clients in multiple industries, including aerospace, defense, nuclear and oil & gas.

BeAM’s additive manufacturing machine solutions range from the Mobile, a small scale 5 axis machine, optimized for material research, small production volumes as well as the repair of thin wall and complex parts, to the Magic 2.0, a large scale 5 axis machine designed for serial production or repair of high value components in industries with long lead times and high buy-to-fly ratios, and the new Modulo, a medium scale fully integrated 5 axis serial production machine ideal for constrained space environments and even remote places such as oil rigs, military conflict zones, etc. http://beam-machines.fr/wlg/en
