College Choice Releases 2017 Ranking of the Best Colleges in West Virginia

West Virginia is known for seasonal beauty, Civil War history such as Harpers Ferry, bluegrass, and excellent outdoor recreation. The economic climate of the state where a student goes to college is important. Though West Virginia has been through some boom and bust periods, with the decline of the coal industry, it is currently going through a rebuilding phase. As for colleges in the Mountain State, there are some excellent choices.

The ranking for the Best Colleges in West Virginia finds Bethany College in the top spot. West Virginia University is in second, and West Virginia State University rounds out the top three.
