Dynacare Acquires Hooper-Holmes Canada Ltd.
BRAMPTON, ON, Sept. 6, 2017 /CNW/ - Dynacare announced today that it has acquired Hooper-Holmes Canada Ltd. (Hooper-Holmes), one of Canada's largest independent paramedical service providers to the life insurance industry. Hooper-Holmes will become part of Dynacare Insurance Solutions, which is the only Canadian company that offers a complete end-to-end solution designed specifically for the risk assessment needs of life insurance companies and insurance advisors.
