Triton International Limited Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Shares

Triton International Limited (NYSE:TRTN) (the “Company” or “Triton”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 5,350,000 common shares of the Company to be sold by the Company at a public offering price of $32.75 per share. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 802,500 common shares from the Company. The offering is expected to close on September 12, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of containers.
