40th Annual Briggs & Al's Run & Walk For Children's Hospital Of Wisconsin Again Raises One Million Dollars
MILWAUKEE, Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Briggs & Stratton Corporation has been a proud title sponsor of Briggs & Al's Run & Walk for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin for 23 years. The milestone 40(th) anniversary event took place on Saturday, September 16, and brought nearly 15,000 people to downtown Milwaukee, raising more than $1 million.

Each year, Briggs & Stratton rallies a team of local employees and their families and friends who are eager to attend the event in Milwaukee and donate to the cause. Each year, Briggs & Stratton supplements half the registration fee for its team members and in honor of the 40(th) anniversary, the company contributed a match to prompt increased donations.
