Twin Eagle Sand Logistics Acquires Terminaling Asset from Process Transloading Bridgeport

Twin Eagle Sand Logistics, LLC (“Twin Eagle”), a subsidiary of Twin Eagle Resource Management, LLC, announced today that it acquired a frac sand terminaling asset near Bridgeport, West Virginia from Process Transloading Bridgeport. The Bridgeport Terminal is well positioned to serve the southern Utica and Marcellus sand logistic markets with over 130 railcar spots and 20k tons of flat and silo storage. The terminal represents Twin Eagle’s entry into the growing Northeast sand logistics market. Twin Eagle is one of the largest frac sand terminal developers and operators in the country with assets in the Eagle Ford, Permian, DJ and Powder River Basins. Twin Eagle’s current terminals, combined, control over 1,600 rail car spaces with nearly 85,000 tons of storage capacity. In addition, Twin Eagle is also constructing 30,000 tons of silo capacity in Big Spring, Texas.
