CSRA's Erica Brouillette Named Finalist for March of Dimes "Heroines of Washington" Awards

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Sept. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The March of Dimes has named CSRA Inc. (NYSE: CSRA) Proposal Analyst Erica Brouillette as a finalist for the Heroines of Washington Awards. Erica was chosen from a select group of women for giving back to her community through tremendous feats of volunteerism that go above and beyond her employment requirements. Erica's tireless dedication to causes such as The Peace Corps, Carpenter's Shelter, the Falls Church Rotary Club, PRS, and HandsOn Greater Richmond solidified her placement as a finalist.

"Erica is truly an example of commitment to service," said CSRA President and CEO Larry Prior. "Through her good works, she has made an impact on the lives of countless people. That same level of commitment is also reflected in her work. Erica is a role model for all of us, and we are honored to have her on the CSRA team."

CSRA is committed to making a positive impact on the communities in which employees live, work and play. In 2016 alone, CSRA employees volunteered and recorded nearly 22,000 hours in 23 states around the country. Through CSRA's "Dollars for Doers" program, CSRA doubles the impact on important causes by tying a monetary donation to volunteer hours completed.

The March of Dimes Heroines of Washington Awards gala is one of Washington's unique events, recognizing and honoring women in the D.C. Metro Area for their dedication to community service. Formerly known as "Heroines in Technology," the March of Dimes has expanded these awards to honor women in various categories including healthcare, real estate, and the public sector, among others.

Since 2001, the March of Dimes has honored 101 "heroines" and raised more than $2.5 million to support the organization's efforts to fight premature birth and birth defects. Heroines of Washington Awards gala guests include directors, CEOs and other high-level individuals from local corporations and government agencies.
