Visible Supply Chain Management Boosts Operations by Acquiring IntegraCore

Visible Supply Chain Management (VSCM) today announced it has acquired Utah- and Georgia-based IntegraCore, provider of business-to-consumer order fulfillment and shipping services. Now, IntegraCore’s reach and knowledge will be incorporated into VSCM’s complete vertical integration system, including unmatched parcel service, personalized fulfillment solutions, expert logistics strategies and custom packaging options.

“This is an acquisition of a firm that is highly compatible with our own,” says Jared Starling, CEO of VSCM. “One of the many reasons we are so in favor of the arrangement is because VSCM can quickly grow from moving 55 million packages per year domestically to about 80 million packages per year domestically. That’s a 30 percent increase in shipping volume alone.”

With the addition of IntegraCore’s assets, Visible will have an annual run rate of $300 million, over one million square feet of warehouse space dedicated to business-to-consumer fulfillment, and packaging and carrier relationships in the thousands; benefits that existing VSCM clients will be able to access and leverage across the entire supply chain spectrum.
