U.S. Premiere and Tour of Laurel Chiten Documentary Exploring Controversy about Homeopathy

While research continues on the mechanisms of action of these remedies, clinical data shows that that the medicines do, in fact, work. Word-of-mouth success stories propelled U.S. sales to $1.196 billion in 2015 for products that depend very little on advertising compared to traditional over-the-counter medications.
Opponents argue there is a lack of quality studies on homeopathic products, and that the theory behind how the therapeutic system works is scientifically implausible.
