Miller Environmental Group is Providing Critical Infrastructure and Support to Hurricane Relief Efforts in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Florida

CALVERTON, N.Y., Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Miller Environmental Group, Inc. (MEG) is actively supporting the relief efforts in the aftermath of hurricanes Irma and Maria.

MEG has been contracted to provide over 2.5 Megawatts of emergency electric generation power to the response and recovery effort in Puerto Rico; sufficient electric capacity to power approximately 3000 homes. The equipment is being rushed to the devastated island aboard heavy lift cargo aircraft and ocean-going vessels.

MEG was also contracted by a private industrial client to transport critical equipment and supplies into Florida, post-Hurricane Irma in support of the recovery operation.
