Truck Hero, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Superlift Suspension Systems

Truck Hero, Inc. (“Truck Hero” or the “Company”) today announced the strategic acquisition of Superlift, LLC (“Superlift”), a leading United States manufacturer of automotive aftermarket products including suspension lifts and leveling kits. The transaction terms were not disclosed.
