The government customer continues to rely on RUAG Aviation to apply its substantial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) expertise to ensuring their Bombardier Challenger CL604 is available for sustained operations. “Clearly, our government customers place particular emphasis on accountability and enduring value when they consider their aircraft, their operations, and their investment. We understand these priorities, supporting them with reliable solutions, proven expertise, and on-schedule availability,” states Volker Wallrodt, Senior Vice President Business Jets, Do228 & Components.

The government-owned Challenger CL604 was delivered on time and to complete customer satisfaction. A Bombardier Authorised Service Facility (ASF), RUAG Aviation’s experience with Challenger CL604 aircraft is considerable, covering over 36 years. Ralf Ott, Senior Manager Sales & Customer Support for Bombardier aircraft at RUAG Aviation in Munich confirms, “Our Challenger CL604 customers turn to us for regular MRO support, for component and subsystem MRO, and for cabin interior refurbishments, in order to sustain optimal operations and preserve their investment.”
