Cozzini Bros. and Ambrosi Cutlery, Ltd. Announce Strategic Partnership

Cozzini Bros., Inc., the leading cutlery sharpening and exchange services company in the United States, today announced a strategic partnership with Ambrosi Cutlery, Ltd, the leading cutlery and sharpening services company in the greater New York City metropolitan market. The joint company will operate under the Cozzini Bros. name.

Ambrosi Cutlery, Ltd., based in North Salem, NY, was started in 1930 by Giacomo Ambrosi in New York City. The company has been providing exceptional cutlery sharpening services to local businesses for four generations. Ambrosi is owned and operated by its third-generation President, Robert Ambrosi, and his sons, Jason and Mark. Robert will join Cozzini as Northeast Regional General Manager; Jason will serve as an Area Manager; and Mark will serve as Operations Manager to continue providing exceptional service to both Cozzini and Ambrosi customers throughout the Northeast.
