Aircraft Readiness Alliance Awarded $275M Contract Supporting Fleet Readiness Center Southwest

MADISON, Ala., Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircraft Readiness Alliance, LLC (ARA), has been awarded a contract to provide aircraft depot level maintenance services to Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) San Diego and deployed aircraft fleet squadrons within the United States. ARA is a joint venture (JV) of Tyonek WorldWide Services, Inc. (TWS), Affordable Engineering Services, Inc. (AES) and Zenetex, LLC (Zenetex).

ARA will have responsibility for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services on aircraft, aircraft engines and associated components and materials. In addition, the company will provide rework of existing aviation end items, systems, and components and manufacture of items and component parts. This includes modernization, conversion, in-service repair, assembly, disassembly, and all other categories of aircraft maintenance and associated business program support in San Diego, CA and other remote sites in the Western Pacific Region.

Maintenance work will be performed on numerous types of aircraft, including, but not limited to the following: AV-8, C-130, C-2, E-2, EA-6B, F/A-18, H-1, H-53, H-60, MQ-8, P-3, P-8, F-35 and V-22; emerging new aircraft workload, and associated systems, equipment and components, such as LM2500, T34, T44, T45, T700 and Voyage Repair Team (VRT) services which cover the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of shipboard aircraft launch and recovery equipment.
