Econolite Chairman and CEO Mike Doyle Inducted into World Congress Hall of Fame

Econolite today announced that its Chairman and CEO Mike Doyle has been inducted into the ITS World Congress Hall of Fame. Doyle received the Lifetime Achievement Award October 30th, during the 2017 ITS World Congress opening ceremony in Montréal, Canada.

Doyle is recognized for his leadership, vision, and achievements in helping shape Intelligent Transportation Systems from its beginning to the industry we know today. The ITS Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes a person who personifies the highest standards of leadership, and has helped drive the ITS industry forward.

The ITS Hall of Fame was established to recognize members whose contributions to the profession and service to the industry have been significant, substantial, and long-standing. Inductees are selected based on their leadership in the intelligent transportation arena, and represent the ultimate standards for a leader in the ITS field, including being an outstanding leader in their respective organization, a thought leader in the ITS field, and a champion of the ITS vision.
