Acquisition of Systec & Services GmbH by Körber AG Concluded

HAMBURG and KARLSRUHE, Germany, November 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --

The international technology group Korber completed the acquisition of Systec & Services GmbH with effect from November 1st, 2017, following approval from the respective antitrust authorities. With the acquisition of the German system partner, the Group is strengthening its Business Area Pharma Systems.

As a system partner, Systec & Services GmbH specializes in the consulting and implementation of production control systems (Manufacturing Execution System, MES) and track & trace solutions. The company is headquartered in Karlsruhe (Germany). Another location is in Pratteln near Basel (Switzerland).

Systec & Services GmbH advises clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in selecting and implementing software solutions. The company has decades of experience and comprehensive industry knowledge in the implementation of MES systems and solutions for tracing medical products.
