Dale Haywood, PE, PS, CPESC Joins Atwell

Consulting, engineering and construction services firm Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Dale Haywood, PE, PS, CPESC to our team as Senior Project Manager, Real Estate and Land Development. Based in Atwell’s Independence, Ohio office, Haywood is responsible for building Atwell’s land development practice, managing project resources, leading his team’s project quality control, and maintaining project budgets and schedules for projects throughout Ohio and the Midwest.

Haywood brings more than 20 years of experience in providing engineering solutions to private and public sector projects. His background includes all facets of land development projects, from due diligence studies and planning to design, cost estimating, permitting and construction related services. His areas of expertise include both commercial and residential development. He is particularly knowledgeable with zoning codes and helping clients navigate through the governmental approval process. He has been instrumental in the development of over 30 residential subdivisions, as well as numerous commercial projects throughout Ohio.

Haywood earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University’s Fenn College of Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in the State of Ohio, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.
