With this collaboration, health plans and providers can achieve near-seamless integration with Jiva 6.1 and OHF to pursue a strong population health management (PHM) strategy. Clinical, claims, and care management data can be leveraged for holistic care planning and effective care coordination. To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements based on the needs and priorities of the customers.
