The investor presentation describes the Company’s “in-kind” investment plan, including its 2017 investments of $2.5 million in wind plant optimization software, clean hydrogen, HVAC, automated sense & avoid software for drones and machine intelligence systems. “We are enthusiastic about our growing portfolio of cleantech investments based on emerging technologies,” said Jim Kiles, Ystrategies CEO. “Our team of experienced investment and business professionals has been hard at work executing this plan for the last eighteen months. With this foundational portfolio in place we are now discussing our vision for Ystrategies with investors and industry professionals. Ystrategies is well-positioned for its next phase of development.”

Kiles added that the Company engaged The Equity Group, headquartered in New York City, as investor relations counsel.
