Texas-based T.F. Hudgins, Inc. announced today the acquisition of Texas Rotating Equipment, Inc. Founded in 1947, T.F. Hudgins is a reliability-centered manufacturer, distributor and service provider operating in a variety of industrial processing, oil & gas and petrochemical end-markets. Texas Rotating Equipment, headquartered in Dayton, Texas, specializes in the maintenance and repair of industrial steam turbines and pumps that are utilized in a wide array of industrial applications.
