Mexichem Reports About the Update of Its “Certificados Bursatiles” Program

Mexichem, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: MEXCHEM*) (“The Company” or “Mexichem”) announced that it has updated its “Certificados Bursátiles” (CEBURES) program for an authorized amount of $10 billion Mexican Pesos at a variable rate and for a five-year term. The update of this program is done every five years. Mexichem currently has $3 billion Mexican Pesos of CEBURES placed in the local market under this program, which were issued in 2012 and mature in 2022. This action solely extends the CEBURES program, and does not indicate any additional debt issuance.
