Lincoln Clean Energy Adds to its Executive Leadership Team with Vishal Kapadia

Lincoln Clean Energy (LCE), a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, announced today that Vishal Kapadia has joined the company as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development where he will spearhead all finance functions for Lincoln Clean Energy’s rapidly expanding renewable energy portfolio.

“Vishal is highly respected in both the finance and renewable energy worlds and I am pleased to welcome such an experienced executive to our team as we continue to execute our growth plans,” said Declan Flanagan, CEO of Lincoln Clean Energy.

Previously, Kapadia was with Morgan Stanley, where he led the firm’s principal finance activities in the renewable energy space. Kapadia’s specific focus was on providing debt and tax equity financing for wind and solar projects, as well as active board-level management of the firm’s renewable energy operating platforms.

“Lincoln Clean Energy has established itself as one of the premier developers of renewable energy projects in the United States and I’m honored to join the company at an exciting time in its history,” said Kapadia. “I look forward to growing with this ambitious team and contributing to the company’s positive momentum.”
