ANAHEIM, Calif., July 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Minim, a cloud platform that enables Internet Service Providers (ISPs) of all sizes to deliver premium WiFi and network security to the home, today announced that they will join the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) and American Cable Association (ACA) community for The Independent Show, held this year July 29 - Aug 1 at the Disneyland Hotel and Conference Center in Anaheim, CA. The company will demonstrate its CPE-agnostic Software as a Service in Booth 463 to operators in pursuit of increased revenues and decreased operating expenses through a premium WiFi product. In addition, Minim CEO Jeremy Hitchcock will speak on the panel (details below):

-- Breakout Session: A Reimagined Customer Experience
    -- Date / Time: Tuesday, July 31, 1:50 - 2:40 pm Pacific
    -- Location: Magic Kingdom 3

This panel will explore how to stay competitive by meeting the modern customers' expectations-- automation, self-service, effortless interaction, and more. Hitchcock will be joined by moderator Matt Krueger, Director of Marketing at Shentel, and panelist JC Ramey, CEO of Device Bits.

"While the smart home market is exploding with connected appliances and streaming devices, subscribers' network frustrations are mounting," said Hitchcock. "Consumers expect quality WiFi in all corners of the home, and they want their devices to simply and securely work. I am looking forward to discussing how operators can turn this 'support headache' into a massive revenue opportunity and customer satisfaction breakthrough."

The Independent Show is an annual convergence of nearly 1,200 industry professionals in cable, telco, and broadband. The agenda features a wide range of speakers to explore industry trends. In addition, the Solutions Showcase will feature over 140 leading programmers and suppliers delivering the latest content and solutions.

At the show, Minim will demonstrate its solution, which requires no additional equipment or CapEx. The company's offerings include: a mobile app, CSR portal, parental controls, cloud security, connected device insights, and more. Minim is also working on integrations with network equipment manufacturers and introducing new channel partner programs (announcements to come).
