Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC Advises ACH Foam Technologies, Inc. in its Sale to Atlas Roofing Corporation
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (Deloitte) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ACH Foam Technologies, Inc. (ACH), a leading manufacturer of a broad array of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam products, in its sale to Atlas Roofing Corporation (Atlas). Atlas is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial building materials. The transaction closed Aug. 10, 2018.
Based in Westminster, Colo., ACH has a diverse portfolio of both shape and block molded EPS foam products that include architectural insulation, protective and cold chain packaging, geofoam and other industrial foam products. ACH has a broad, diverse customer base in the packaging, industrials, construction and automotive industries.
