iRoller® Inventor and Multimedia Artist Dr. Stanley Taub to Celebrate 88th Birthday

NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Often called a modern day "Renaissance Man," Dr. Stanley Taub recently announced he would be celebrating his 88(th) birthday. Dr. Taub is well known in the field of plastic surgery and medicine, particularly for inventing an artificial larynx that helps cancer patients speak in addition to an oral panendoscope that allows direct viewing of the larynx and pharynx. Dr. Taub continues to bring his prodigious talents to a wide variety of fields, most recently with his line of iRoller® products (https://www.sktproductions.com/?page_id=42).

Inventor
Using the same principle behind the sticky material used to help securely hold surgical instruments during procedures, Dr. Taub created a compact and portable liquid free, reusable touch screen cleaner for digital displays of all types: smart phones, e-readers, Kindles, iPads, iPods and GPS/car dashboard screens. It is currently available for purchase on Amazon.com.

iRoller® features include:

-- Removes fresh, greasy finger smudges, lint, facial powder and loose
debris from any touch screen or smooth screen protector.
-- Sanitizes touch screens by removing bacteria as proven in laboratory
        studies.
-- Easy to clean. Simply run under warm tap water with a dab of liquid
        soap. Air dry after rinsing.
-- Reusable for months or years with proper use and care.
-- Easy-open case allows for convenient storage and transport.

Sculptor
Beginning in 1963 at the same time as his plastic surgery practice, Dr. Taub's work as a sculpture has earned him multiple prizes and accolades. He took three first prizes presented by The New York Physicians Art Association and a Certificate of Outstanding Artistic Contribution from the New York Academy of Medicine. His sculptures have been exhibited by the National Sculpture Society and commissioned by The British National Skating Arena and The World Figure Skating Museum in Colorado Springs.

Glass Worker
Dr. Taub's freestyle stained glassworks appeared in the April 2008 issue of Art In America and The Art and Antique Collector's Source Book. He also hosted a gallery showing at the ICO Gallery in New York City.

Musician
A classically trained pianist, Dr. Taub gave a solo improv concert at Steinway Hall in 2006. He is the founder of the Virtuoso Improvisational Pianists of New York, who gave their debut performance at the Klavier Haus in 2005. They have since given performances at Steinway Hall, The Rose Hall Auditorium at Lincoln Center, The Yamaha Artist concert hall and The ICO Gallery in New York.
