MAC Group Names Wayne Schulman to Lead Nanlite Sales Division.
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., June 05, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- MAC Group, a global sales, distribution and marketing company dedicated to supplying professional and passionate enthusiast filmmakers, photographers, educators, and students with the world's finest content creation tools has announced the appointment of Wayne Schulman as Vice President of Sales for Nanlite. He will lead the new Nanlite LED Lighting Sales division of MAC Group and direct its expansion into the video, cine, photo, Houses of Worship, educational and corporate content creation markets.
In his new role, Wayne will be responsible for all direct and channel sales efforts throughout the United States, in partnership with MAC Group's current sales, product and marketing teams.
Wayne will focus on expanding the adoption of Nanlite products throughout the consumer, prosumer, and professional photographic, cine and video markets.
Wayne started his career at Tiffen where he was the KATA International Sales & Product Manager and later promoted to Sales Manager for the Western US, Asia and Latin America, based in Burbank, California. Wayne then moved back East to become Product Manager for Video products at Manfrotto US. His responsibilities included Manfrotto Video Camera Supports, KATA bags, Formatt Filters, Genus camera accessories and Reflecmedia Green Screen Systems. Wayne left Manfrotto for the position of Executive Vice President at iKan where he became intrigued with LED lighting, especially products developed and made in China.
In February 2015 Wayne joined MAC Group as Video and Cine Product Strategist.
