American Physician Partners Expands Presence in New Mexico and Kentucky
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., August 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Officials with American Physician Partners (APP) are pleased to announce that the company has been selected as the emergency department and hospital medicine management partner for several new hospital clients starting in August.
APP will begin providing emergency department management services to MountainView Regional Medical Center and its affiliated free-standing emergency department, MountainView Emergency Center at North Main, effective August 1, 2019. Located in Las Cruces, N.M., both facilities combined care for more than 50,300 patients annually throughout Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, and Southern N.M. MountainView Regional is an accredited Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center.
Under its ONE-APP Integrated Care Model, APP will begin providing both emergency medicine and hospital medicine services to Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky. This integrated program will see approximately 35,000 emergency department patients and 35,000 inpatient encounters annually throughout Paducah and McCracken County.
