SPR Expands Leadership Team With the Addition of Two Hires

CHICAGO, Oct. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- SPR, a digital technology consultancy headquartered in Chicago, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the addition of Stacy Fox, Vice President of Talent Operations, and Shoma Meyer, Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

Fox and Meyer join the SPR team to help the firm go above and beyond its core services of developing and implementing software for its Chicago and Milwaukee clients and to achieve its five-year goal of $100 million in revenue by 2023.

"In recent years, our company has grown tremendously and we're eager to continue this growth in a way that takes SPR and its employees to unprecedented levels of success," said Doug Rossier, President of SPR. "As we continue to grow, we're determined to maintain our efficient and people-centric workplace that promotes multi-generational personal and professional growth. With the addition of Shoma and Stacy, we're laying the groundwork to ensure this happens."

Stacy Fox, Vice President of Talent Operations, is responsible for maintaining SPR's unique culture and elevating the talent experience through programs like SPR's Associate Consultant Program, which helps developers who are early in their careers gain the tools necessary to excel in their professions.

"The competition for talent in the tech industry is fierce, and identifying and maintaining talent is becoming more challenging," said Fox. "SPR has a reputation for caring about its people, and we're determined to maintain this as we grow. I'm excited to get to work developing our talent across all levels and helping build the foundations for everyone to have long, successful and fulfilling careers at SPR and beyond."

Fox brings to SPR multiple years of HR experience at various global companies, including Deloitte and Leo Burnett.

As Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Shoma Meyer is responsible for optimizing SPR's data-backed financial processes to better support the executive team and practice team leads as they implement short- and long-term business initiatives.

"After years of rapid growth, SPR is at an inflection point," said Meyer. "Things are only going to get bigger and faster. Throughout my career, I've been most interested in creating processes that scale, so given SPR's long-standing commitment to excellence, I'm thrilled to join a company that prioritizes this along with employee happiness and success."

Meyer has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, most recently at The Chartis Group as the Director of Finance and Accounting.
