Rachat de Photonis: l'Etat refuse une offre de l'américain Teledyne (ministère des Armées)
L'Etat français a refusé une offre de rachat de Photonis, spécialisée dans la photodétection, par le groupe américain d'ingénierie Teledyne pour des motifs de protection de ses activités stratégiques, a annoncé vendredi le ministère des Armées.
