SK Capital Partners Announces the Addition of Kris Radhakrishnan as Director, Financial Excellence

SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, announced it is expanding its team with the addition of Kris Radhakrishnan as Director, Financial Excellence.

Mr. Radhakrishnan brings more than 25 years of global corporate finance experience in multiple industries to his new position, with more than 15 years within the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors as well as over 15 years as CFO at several private equity-owned companies.

Most recently, Mr. Radhakrishnan served as CFO of QMax Solutions, Inc., an oilfield services company. Prior to QMax, Mr. Radhakrishnan was CFO of Prince International Corporation, a mineral-based specialty additives company. He previously held CFO positions at other private equity-backed companies, including Nelson Global Products, American Achievement Corporation, and Resolution Specialty Materials, as well as various finance roles at Celanese Chemicals, McWhorter Technologies and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Radhakrishnan holds an MBA in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras, India.
