Klee brings over 35 years of leadership experience across the private and public sectors to Assent’s board, where she will provide strategic counsel to help drive the company’s long-term sustainable growth and success. An environmental lawyer, Klee previously held positions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Senate. Klee also spent ten years of her career practicing environmental law for various Fortune 500 companies before joining General Electric Company (NASDAQ: GE), where she served as the Vice President of Environment Health & Safety for eleven years. Most recently, Klee served as Executive Vice President of Suffolk Construction, where she led the company’s business development strategy, government affairs, and external engagement.
