Following in the footsteps of his father, Glenn Chaplin, Founder of Fastco Canada, Lee steps into his new leadership position with a deep understanding of the industry and proven leadership capabilities. Lee has been an integral part of the family business since an early age, actively contributing to its growth and success for over 26 years.

“While I am confident Lee will bring a new vision and ideas to the table, I am reassured by the fact that he’s well steeped in the traditions, methods, and values that got us where we are today,” said Glenn Chaplin, Founder of Fastco Canada. “I am very happy that the company leadership remains in family hands.”

With the acquisition of Fastco Canada by Groupe Touchette in July of 2023, the company is primed and ready to achieve new heights in the automotive aftermarket and Lee’s experience, dynamic style, and vision make him the right leader to take on the challenge.

"We are thrilled to announce Lee's appointment as President of Fastco Canada," remarked Nicolas Touchette, Co-Owner and CEO of Groupe Touchette Inc. "Maintaining leadership within the Chaplin family fills us with pride and confidence in Fastco's future.”

Frédéric Bouthillier, Co-Owner and COO of Groupe Touchette Inc., echoed this sentiment, saying, "Lee's passion and in-depth experience in the industry are a testament to the strategic path ahead for Fastco. We look forward to continued growth and market leadership under his guidance."

“Glenn’s achievement over the past 35 years in propelling Fastco from his garage to the forefront of the Canadian alloy wheel industry, serving both aftermarket clients and major automotive OEMs, is truly remarkable and sets a notably high standard,” said Lee Chaplin, President of Fastco Canada. “With the exceptional team he has built and the strategic vision of Groupe Touchette, I am privileged to have such a solid foundation to build upon. It is a tremendous honor to be entrusted with harnessing our talent and guiding the organization towards its next phase of growth.”
