The new MT5 platform includes multiple locking mechanisms, providing either dual (MT5®) or triple (MT5®+) patented locking for enhanced security in any application.

Mul-T-Lock Interactive® Platform - High Security with Patented Key Control

Mul-T-Lock®’s High Security cylinders have a special telescopic pin tumbler mechanism with internal and external pins. Both the internal and the external shear lines must be aligned simultaneously in order for the plug to rotate..

The patented Mul-T-Lock plug has a special structure. When the top and bottom pins, plug and body meet, a three-dimensional shear line is formed, creating an almost perfect spherical shape. Steel inserts enhance anti-drilling resistance.

These features provide an added security dimension, amplifying the Mul-T-Lock cylinder’s pick-and-drill resistance for High Security needs. When master keyed, additional side pins or back pins can be incorporated.

Mul-T-Lock Integrator® Platform with Patented Key Control

The Mul-T-Lock Integrator is the next-generation development of our standard 7x7® system and provides a higher level of tamper resistance for a wide variety of locking applications.

The Integrator comprises a special high-precision 7-pin tumbler mechanism with a factory-ready, patented key blank that includes an oval cut. Special launcher pins are inserted into the relevant plug chambers of the cylinder, which correspond to the oval key cut to complete the system’s pin tumbler security mechanism.

Mul-T-Lock Classic Platform High Security

Mul-T-Lock 7X7® Platform

Mul-T-Lock 7x7 standard security cylinders have a pin tumbler mechanism, comprising seven chambers.

7x7 system key is a reversible Nickel Silver key with plastic head. All products can be Keyed Alike, Keyed Different or Master Keyed.
