For processes that require cutting metal parts, the company has a Hydraulic Shearing Machine with Tope NC and 90 sequential cutting memories. This equipment can cut carbon steel and stainless steel sheets with a maximum thickness of 6 to 3 mm and it has a cutting accuracy of ± 0.1 mm.

For processes that require punching and which include drilling and sheet metal forming operations, the company has a CNC Hydraulic Punch Press with 15 rotating stations; this system can operate with a maximum thickness of 6 mm and a diameter of 38 mm, the maximum dimensions of the sheet metal is 3000 mm long and 1200 mm width. The equipment is programmed using commercial software Metalix.

This procedure is performed by a Hydraulic Press Brake Machine up to 3m with a calibre of 6 mm for carbon steel. It uses a pressure of 120 tons, it has 90 NC sequential caps and an angular correction system for bending "Cone" type; it also has four sets of punches "gooseneck" type.

For welding components the company has 2 welding stations, TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas Welding). This process can bond carbon steel sheets up to 12 mm thick and stainless steel sheets up to 6 mm thick.

The machining of parts is performed using a CNC Machining Center with interchangeable tools. It can process parts up to 250 kg of weight, with a capability of 600 mm in the axis "Y" and 300 mm in the axis "X"; the device operates at 6000 RPM and it is programmed using the commercial software Solid Works.
