Zaporozhye State Aircraft Repair Plant “MiGremont”

Zaporozhye State Aircraft Repair Plant “MiGremont” is a Ukrainian state aircraft repair plant, and part of the state concern Ukroboronprom. "MiGremont" has a well-developed production and technical base for repairing all modifications of the SU-27, SU-25, SU-17 (SU-22), MiG-25 aircraft types.

More specifically, the plant's activities include:

• Repair of airframe and airframe systems of Su-27, Su-25, Su-17 (Su-22), MiG-25 and their modifications
• Technical support (maintenance) of operation of Su-27, Su-25, Su-17 (Su-22), MiG-25 and their modifications after repair
• Completion of improvements in aviation equipment on industry bulletins and other governing documents in the operating units
• Prolongation of the assigned lifetime and service life indicators for Su-27, Su-25, Su-17 (Su-22), MiG-25 and their aggregates (units)
• Control and restoration work on Su-27, Su-25, Su-17 (Su-22), MiG-25

In addition, the development and manufacturing facilities of the enterprise, allow the repair of most complex blocks, units and systems, while the modern equipment allows precision in processing and use of high-strength materials. The company also manufactures rubber products, from which more than 90% are of different configurations, necessary for replacement of parts, during the repair of different units. 

Finally, the company uses non-destructive testing methods (NDT), during all the stages of manufacture and repair of aviation equipment, including:

• Magnetic (MT)
• Capillary (PT)
• Vortex (ET)
• Radiographic (RT)
• Ultrasound (UT)

The plant is certified according to the international quality system ISO 9001: 2008, as well as by the Ukrainian State Research and Development Design Technological Institute of Elastomeric Materials and Products, for the production of rubber products.
