HHMPI - Handheld Multi-Purpose Interface - The HHMPI is a hand held interface unit which connects directly to multiple types of FDRs. It supports multiple memory devices for downloading flight data onto SD card CF card and USB memory drive. The HHMPI (Handheld Multi-Purpose Interface p/n FDS400-301) provides a range of additional flight recorder functions which the avionics technician may be require to use either at the aircraft or in the office.

STARS - Sensor Test & Replay System - STARS is an affordable and powerful Flight Data Recorder (FDR) system developed specifically for FDR download, decompression, replay and aircraft sensor calibration system. It is purpose designed to interface with many of the world’s most popular FDRs. STARS runs on Windows XP/Vista/Win 7 PC, Laptops & PC Tablets and can be used to download the FDR using the MPI (Multi-Purpose Interface) . STARS then decompresses the raw data from the FDR file into engineering units for reporting and graphing. The Operator can create specific engineering reports using relevant parameters to a report and set the logic rules for specific parameters selected.

FDAIU - Flight Data Acquisition Interface Unit - The Flight Data Acquisition Interface Unit has been developed by Flight Data Systems to replace the current ARINC 542A Flight Data Recorder. It is a direct replacement to the original 542A Flight data recorder setup to fit a modern L3 Short case SSFDR or CVFDR and eliminates the need to make any aircraft modifications.

Modular Acquisition Unit (MAU) - The Modular Acquisition Unit (MAU) provides a custom solution to suit aircraft configurations with minimal engineering. The MAU is designed to fit general, business and military aircraft which require a standalone flight data acquisition system. The MAU’s robust machined aluminium enclosure, along with the MIL SPEC D38999 connectors, provides protection for most operational environments making it suitable for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The hard mount, compact configuration enables it to be fitted in any orientation, simplifying the installation. The MAU supports a wide range of signal input types including ARINC 717, ARINC 429, GPS signal, analogue inputs such as synchro, pitot/statics & discretes. It provides a standard ARINC 717 and ARINC 429 output data stream which is compatible with ARINC 717 and ARINC 429 flight data recorders.

The company is CE, FCC, ISO 9001:2008, EASA, CASA Part 145 and AMO (ADF) certified.
