JELEN PROFESSIONAL is a footwear manufacturer active since 1948 and located in Croatia. The company is ISO 9001:2008 certified and their products include: Work - safety shoes; Working shoes for the oil industry; Fire-fighters footwear; Military shoes.

In shoe production, JELEN PROFESSIONAL uses 2 types of technology: technology of glue and technology of direct - inject polyurethane footwear.

Guarantee of quality in area of special military footwear is installing waterproof membrane, built by SYMPATEX technology, which allows normal breathing feet because it prevents water from getting in and allows steam to get out of the shoe. SYMPATEX is a hydrofile polyester membrane without pores, thickness only 15 microns (1/16mm), which is exceptionally light and maximum stretchable and all that assures 100% waterproof and extremely lightness at the same time. The process of installing the membrane is being watched by qualified persons and all the products go through strict tests: checking stitches, test of tearing, abrasion test, test of bending, and test in simulated walking.
