Shimco

Shimco, is a manufacturer of precision parts, which are used in many demanding industries. Main focus is on serving markets that require parts made to very high levels of quality and exacting standards, delivered on-time. Shimco has the capability of manufacturing a wide range of metallic and non-metallic parts, and specializes in the manufacture of small precision formed or machined parts, laminated, edgebond and tapered shims and spacers, for the aviation, defense, nuclear and other industrial markets, built to customer specifications.

Using high-tolerance CNC milling machines and horizontal lathes, the Company produces parts for customers requiring several pieces to several thousand, all of which are put through ISO 2008:AS9100C certified quality program. Shimco is also registered under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, allowing the Company to process ITAR controlled items.

Shimco works closely with reputable NADCAP approved subcontractors for added value such as heat treating, sand blasting, anodizing, priming, painting and other processes required to complete orders to its customers' specific needs.
