ADROITA is a female led, veteran owned and operated engineering consultancy, dedicated to Engineering Success for Sovereign Capability. Our experienced team partners with our customers to solve complex challenges. 

ADROITA was established in 2016 and has developed a reputation since then for providing expert advice and support to our customers. Our deep experience with Defence dates back to 1974, and we know the ins and outs of Defence thanks to our highly skilled team of ex-military professionals. We understand that the future success of the nation depends on partnerships between the Australian Defence Force and Australian businesses. In 2019 we established ADROITA Advisory Services, and have a growing customer base of Australian businesses we are supporting to enter the Defence sector. In 2021 ADROITA was recognised at the Australian Defence Industry Awards as finalist in three categories, with CEO Sarah Pavillard being awarded Consultant of the Year.

ADROITA offers the expertise that only comes from first-hand experience working with Defence and defence industry. We work directly with the Department of Defence on complex technical projects and programs, and provide guidance to Australian small-to-medium enterprises that are seeking to enter the defence sector and grow their defence capabilities.
