Friuli offers integrated solutions in sheet metal
processing and assemblies enclosed all technology
in weld MIG, TIG, Electric, Oxi-Acetilenic, in all
material technologies (aluminum, stainless steel)
according to the customers or internal project development
drawings.
The advanced technology in machines and equipments
permit us to machine different levels of geometric
complexity in special parts and material technologies.
In our plant we have various operational metal sheet
machines, which are able to manufacture by multiple
axles in diverse dimensions, with ample variety
of tools with capacity to develop special tools.
We offer various services such as:

milling process development in conventional CNC
of metallic and non-metallic materials

painting,
• stamping in mechanical presses,
• welding processes,
• assemblies,
• penetrating liquid,
• carbon
and fiberglass molding,
• thermal and
surface treatments.
Our process and project development team works with
various high-technology equipments and softwares
such as CAD/CAM, Catia, Auto CAD and Master CAM.
We import and export solids, surfaces and geometry
with the following extensions: *.model (Catia),
*.step, *.dwg (Autocad), *.iges, *.sltprt (Solid
Works), *.stl, *.vda, *.sat, *.proe (Pro-Engineer)
and archives of Solid Egde.
In our inspection department we use high technology
instruments such as micrometers, calipers of ray,
calipers of thread, ultrasound, conventional and
automatic 3 dimensional CMM (coordinated measure)
machines. Our instruments are calibrated regularly
by Isometro.
