KMA Textiles does not have a fixed product range as such, but it is all related to heavy textiles and canopies. Though the company has manufactured products in series for customers for a long time, its forte is to develop new or redevelop existing products, prepare them for production and to produce the products in The Netherlands or overseas. |

This category encompasses covers and tarpaulins for trucks and cars as well as covers for construction sites. Illustrations of recent products are tents, oil booms, covers, truck tarps and canopies. |

Materialization services |
|
| |
KMA provides the knowledge of materials and the experience with manufacture to develop a product according in a situation when the customer specification is very detailed and when a prototype of some substance is available. KMA is capable to identify the required fabric and accessories. KMA will deliver the product ready for production, including data sheets for materials and hard and soft copies of patterns if so required. |

Prototyping services |

In case the concept is less developed, KMA will develop the final product in an iterative process. The coordination of this process is the responsibility of KMA. In each iteration the customer provides input about the required functionality of the object to be developed and of materials to use. KMA develops iterations of the object and receives input from the customer for improvement. Below this phased development process is depicted. |

Proof of production |
|

This service includes the provision of additional information about the production process. This is useful if a customer intends to have the product manufactured overseas. Typical additional outputs are datasheets, test reports and samples of the required materials, materials use and cost, labour use and cost per unit and for larger quantities, description of manufacture and typical risks as a basis for Quality Control when produced elsewhere. |

Production |

KMA is fully capable of manufacturing customers’ products in quantities from 50 units and higher and with lead times from 2 weeks. KMA manufactures in The Netherlands and caters for manufacture in Tunisia and at selected facilities in the Far East. |
