Active Homecare Framework (AHF) is the name for a new type framework (this process is known under EU Procurement law as a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)) which is a variation to the standard framework agreement.
The AHF concerns the provision of homecare only.
It allows for a number of Providers to be appointed to deliver services of a similar nature (homecare) by successfully completing an evaluation process. It is active in that Providers are able to join the framework at any time by successfully completing the evaluation process. It is also active in that the AHF can be modified over time, providing expected or likely modifications have been made clear to all.

The primary purpose of this PIN is to inform the market of a prospective opportunity in connection with the London Borough of Havering.
The London Borough of Havering would like to invite interested providers to meet with us as we are preparing to go out to tender for Advocacy services. We will be presenting our draft commissioning intentions for the provision of Advocacy services from 1.4.2017, discussing our needs in relation to Statutory Advocacy: Care Act Independent Advocacy, NHS Complaints, IMCA, IMHA, Children's, Transition and any gaps/needs for non-statutory advocacy.
This market testing is intended to allow interested providers with appropriate experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Council.
The event will be held on Monday, 8th August at 10:00, in Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD. All interested parties must register their interest via email to: ascprocurement@havering.gov.uk by Thursday, 4th August.
