Helse Møre og Romsdal [Møre og Romsdal Hospital Trust] is the project owner and Contracting Authority for the Nordmøre og Romsdal Hospital (SNR). SNR is comprised of multiple lots. This competition includes lot SNR-AKU-001 Emergency Hospital at Hjelset. This procurement is being executed by Sykehusbygg HF on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The contract for SNR-AKU-001 Emergency Hospital at Hjelset, shall be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction and expanded duty of cooperation during the execution.

Extended Description

The project Nordmøre og Romsdal Hospital (SNR) shall deliver quality professional specialist health services to the inhabitants of Nordmøre og Romsdal. The emergency hospital shall contain day treatment places with regular bedrooms and hotel bedrooms for somatic treatment. There will also be the necessary support areas such as outpatient clinics, operations, office areas, emergency reception etc. Psychiatric treatment will also take place with suitable bedrooms and shields with associated communal areas, support rooms and personnel functions. In the preliminary project, the area for the building is assessed to be approximately 54 599 m2 GFA. The emergency hospital shall satisfy energy classification A and passive house standards. Emphasis shall be placed on good, robust solutions with low operating and maintenance costs.

The contract work related to the Emergency Hospital includes all work in the following phases:

— collaboration phase,

— construction phase.

Hospital facilities construction work

Sjukehuset Nordmøre og Romsdal (SNR) consists of an emergency hospital at Hjelset and a district medical centre in Kristiansund. The demolition contract has previously been annoucned (doffin ref. 2017-921913) and the infrastructure contract will be announced shortly (both for Hjelset).

This prior information notice is for the contract for the emergency hospital at Hjelset. It was previously thought that this contract would be split into two, construction and engineering. A decision has now been made to have one turnkey contract.
