, Qty 1, Delivery FOB Origin--NAVICP soliciting for proposed award of an eight year Requirements Contract for Performanced Based Logistics (PBL) support for the F-14 and EA-6B Hydraulics Systems (approximately 213 items). Under PBL the Contractor will m anage all logistics support elements for the hydraulics systems in order to deliver "Performance" as measured by the Contractor's ability to be timely in meeting fleet demands. The Contractor will be required to manage inventory to meet fleet demands within a one or two day timeframe 90% of the time. Contractor will be required to operate a Navy approved hydraulics repair program/facility while maintaining CORE capability in accordance with U.S.C. 2464. Contractor will be incentivized to exceed the 90% support level. This acquistion will be solicited as open competition. Solicitation will be available on www.neco.navy.mil.*****
